My journey in Counselling and Psychotherapy began at The Johns Hopkins University in the United States, where I earned my Master of Science degree. This foundational training combined rigorous theoretical study with intensive, supervised clinical practice alongside leading experts in the field.
I gained invaluable experience at a world-renowned treatment centre in Tucson, Arizona, where I supported clients navigating complex challenges, including depression, trauma (PTSD), eating disorders, and various forms of addiction.
Since moving to England, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients both in the UK and internationally. My practice today focuses on supporting individuals with neurodiversity, relationship dynamics, sexuality, and building self-confidence.
